Once payment is confirmed, no amendment and/or cancellation is allowed.I received a defective or wrong item. What should I do?

Do a quick check to ensure its missing, drop us an email. If it's confirmed, we will do a replacement and get it mailed to you asap (only valid for registered postage option). We will not bear the responsibility if it's through normal postage option.

We put in the extra effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. Due to studio lighting, colours may appear to be slightly different. Please note that colours may also appear differently due to the calibration of your computer monitor.How do I return an item?

We will reimburse the postage fees only if the returns are for defective items and/or wrong items delivered. Re-delivery fees of S$3.70 will apply for customer's error in providing incorrect recipient's address and uncollected parcels.
Tarnishing is common and unavoidable. However, to slow down the occurrence of tarnishing, avoid contact with chemicals such as water, sweat, perfume, lotion, etc. It is best to remove before showering and avoid exposure to the chlorine in swimming pools. Warm water is recommended when cleaning the earrings. Store it in a dry and cool environment or put in an airtight bag. Applicable for Bags and Earrings.
